When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect the details needed to perform the ride: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, party size, and where relevant your flight number or ship name. If you pay online, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We also collect basic technical data when you visit the site, such as browser type, pages viewed and approximate region, used to keep the site working and to understand aggregate traffic.

How we use your information

Booking details are used to dispatch your vehicle, monitor your flight for delays, contact you about the ride, and process payment. Contact details may be used for service messages about your booking, such as driver assignment and pickup confirmations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your details with advertisers. Information is shared only with the driver and dispatch systems needed to complete your transfer, with our payment processor, and where the law requires it.

Data retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing bookings@fllcruiseporttaxi.com; we will comply except where retention is legally required.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for core functionality, such as remembering booking-form progress within a session. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the booking form may lose in-progress data if you do.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: cloud hosting, the Google Maps address lookup used in the booking form, flight tracking data providers, and card payment processing. Each processes only the data required for its function.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws (including the EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA) have additional statutory rights, which we honor.
