Is the price really fixed, even on cruise days?

Yes. The quote you accept is the amount charged. There is no meter, no surge multiplier on debarkation mornings, and no fuel or luggage surcharges. The only thing that changes a fare is changing the trip itself.

How do I get an exact quote?

Use the booking form. Enter pickup, drop-off, date and vehicle, and the system returns the exact fare instantly. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

Can I cancel if my cruise plans change?

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Between 24 and 3 hours the fee is 30 percent, inside 3 hours it is 50 percent. Cruise line schedule changes are handled case by case - tell us and we rebook first.

Where does the driver meet me at FLL?

Inside the arrivals area of your FLL terminal, holding a sign with your name. The driver helps with luggage and walks you to the car. If you prefer a curbside pickup, note it on the booking.

Yes, debarkation pickups are half our work. From Port Everglades, self-carry passengers can realistically make an FLL flight around 10:30 AM. From PortMiami, aim for noon or later. Give us your flight number and we will tell you honestly whether the window works.

Business sedans take three passengers with three full-size cases. Business and Luxury SUVs take six and six. A Sprinter van carries fourteen passengers with fourteen bags. Cruise luggage is bulkier than airline luggage - when in doubt, size up.

Do you have child seats?

Yes. Request forward-facing, rear-facing or booster seats as an extra during booking and they are installed before pickup. Florida law requires child restraints through age five.

Can a group sailing together book one vehicle?

Up to fourteen people ride together in a Sprinter van, which almost always beats splitting into three or four taxis on price and guarantees everyone reaches the terminal at the same time. Larger groups can book multiple vehicles on one schedule.
